The wedding will be held at Hakone Estate and Gardens, located at 21000 Big Basin Way, Saratoga, California. The ceremony will begin at 4:50 PM, with cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow.

First Course

Sprout Bliss Salad

A vibrant mix of sprouts, avocado, tomato, orange, and beet, drizzled with lemon vinaigrette and topped with toasted pecans, dried cranberries, and feta crumbles.

Main Course

Guests will choose one of the following entrées:

Chicken Breast

Oven roasted free-range chicken with silken miso béchamel. Served with creamy polenta and chef-selected roasted seasonal vegetables.

Filet Mignon Steak

Pan seared center cut filet mignon with mushroom demi glace and cauliflower purée, finished with basil oil. Served with baked mini potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables.

Pan Grilled Eggplant and Tofu with Green Curry

A stack of pan-grilled eggplant and crispy tofu served with Thai green curry. Served with yellow rice, bamboo shoots, and baby corn.

Kids Menu

Chicken Katsu (Japanese chicken cutlet) with homemade katsu sauce. Served with creamy shell pasta, steamed broccoli, and carrots.
